Physical Goods (Books & Coins): We accept returns on unopened, undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us via our form to initiate a return.

Digital Assets & Workshops: Due to the immediate delivery of digital workbooks and the limited capacity of our live coaching sessions, digital purchases and workshop seats are non-refundable. If you miss a live session, a full recording will be made available to you.
